Bimini to Berry Islands
An easy, peaceful 80Nm sail across Great Bahama Bank. The spinnaker had an outing, and we stopped at sunset. Lovely.

A beautiful passage, some nice sailing, too much motoring, mid-ocean swim, mahi mahi, and visiting birds.
A lovely passage, downwind, spinnaker got some use, many dolphins, and even whales. Ended in a heavy wind and rain storm.
Lovely sail most of the way – plenty of “boom” waves which the boys enjoy. Also some scary lightning.
Slow but wonderful sail for our first passage in a year! Caught a Mahi Mahi (yum), and saw a whale breaching repeatedly on the way out of Samana. Great trip.
Beautiful sail, and best of all saw humpbacks on the way into Samana Bay! We all love night sailing.
Lovely sailing – varied winds, mostly minimal swell, happy children.
Not a bad passage. Lots of wildlife including WHALES. No photos, sorry!
Watch out for the wind accelerating down the valleys – with a 15 knot forecast we saw 35 knot gusts. Good fun.
Rodney Bay, St. Lucia to Le Marin, Martinique. 19th February 2019. Good sail, but no fish.
