Montego Bay
Huge, sheltered anchorage with good holding. The park looked excellent, but was only partly open due to COVID. Town itself, busy and fun, but not convenient for groceries.

Lovely sail most of the way – plenty of “boom” waves which the boys enjoy. Also some scary lightning.
Just for one night to complete outgoing paperwork and stock up for what could be a long sail…
A clean, neat, but sterile town. Puppies to walk, excellent paths, and Jojo the dophin made this a fun place to stay for a week or so.
Hector’s third birthday on a beach, turtle pinata, pulling a navigation marker around. Plus some relaxing while heavier weather passed us by.
Anchored inbetween Mangrove Cay and Little Water Cay (to the north of Providenciales). Paddleboarded, dinghied, and swam between the islands. Lots of Iguanas.
We anchored off the sailing school for easy access to shore to complete some paperwork. Lots of coral.
Wonderful reef, both natural and artificial, for snorkelling. Nothing ashore except an exclusive all-inclusive, and a beautiful beach.
Small pretty island, interesting geology. Friendly rock iguanas. Not much shelter for sailors.
We enjoyed ourselves here, even if shopping wasn’t as easy as the chartbook suggested. Short post, many photos.
