David Beck
Tyrell Bay
Stopped for the night to break up the sail into nice easy chunks. Didn’t do or see anything of note.
Port Elizabeth
An ill-fated trip to a nice-enough spot: lost dinghy key retrieved. But then the dinghy broke. Not fixable.
Rodney Bay Marina
Spent a long while here, and we’re six weeks behind on blog posts so… short. Boat jobs and non-education.
Rodney Bay
Anchored for a night to set up for going into the marina, not much to add as we know the place already!
Near d’Arlet
Spectacular little anchorage off a small pebble beach. Stayed for a night to break up the journey into Hector-sized chunks. Swam a lot. Played a bit. That’s about it.
Saint Pierre
Lovely town. Newly opened museum. Kid boats. Clearning the hull. Swimming and jellyfish stings!
Passage Isle de Saints, Guadeloupe to St Pierre, Martinique
Lovely sailing – varied winds, mostly minimal swell, happy children.
