Spectacular little anchorage off a small pebble beach. Stayed for a night to break up the journey into Hector-sized chunks. Swam a lot. Played a bit. That’s about it.
Lovely town. Newly opened museum. Kid boats. Clearning the hull. Swimming and jellyfish stings!
Long, narrow anchorage off a town that was decimated by a volcano in 1902. Great history all over. Wonderful Earth Sciences museum. Lots of starfish.
Nice town when the cruise ships are absent. Iguanas on the beach. Poste restante / FedEx fail. Lots and lots of photos.
Anchored just off the beach at a nice little town. Bars/restaurants/supermarket nearby. Lovely little bay a short dinghy ride away, too.
Turtles – loads of them, and close to the boat. Carnival in town. Awesome snorkelling.
Busy but massive anchorage. Good facilities ashore, as well as a few beaches. Spent some time with fellow boat-families.
We didn’t stay long here, but the Leader Price supermarket (with dinghy dock) was very useful. Enjoyed kayaking among the mangroves, too.
