Anchored just off the beach at a nice little town. Bars/restaurants/supermarket nearby. Lovely little bay a short dinghy ride away, too.

Turtles – loads of them, and close to the boat. Carnival in town. Awesome snorkelling.
Busy but massive anchorage. Good facilities ashore, as well as a few beaches. Spent some time with fellow boat-families.
Three kids, two adults, one ocean. 19 days. We kept the boat sailing, all stayed sane, baked a cake, played many games – and enjoyed it.
We didn’t stay long here, but the Leader Price supermarket (with dinghy dock) was very useful. Enjoyed kayaking among the mangroves, too.
Rodney Bay, St. Lucia to Le Marin, Martinique. 19th February 2019. Good sail, but no fish.
Our first stop after crossing the Atlantic. We spent two weeks here to re-settle at anchor, tour St. Lucia a little and fix a few things on the boat!
We got there! Long day motor-sailing and hand-steering, but made it 🙂
Bad: Autopilot belt snapped again. Dave ripped the sail. Good: Found a kelp crab. Kept on sailing.
