Portsmouth
Had a wonderful time here – huge anchorage with plenty of space next to the mooring buoys. Cruisers BBQ, river tour, and other enjoyable things. Many, many photos.

Watch out for the wind accelerating down the valleys – with a 15 knot forecast we saw 35 knot gusts. Good fun.
Had a wonderful time here. The botanical gardens were beautiful, and we took a tour inland which was spectacular. Among the most friendly people we’ve come across, too.
Long, narrow anchorage off a town that was decimated by a volcano in 1902. Great history all over. Wonderful Earth Sciences museum. Lots of starfish.
Nice town when the cruise ships are absent. Iguanas on the beach. Poste restante / FedEx fail. Lots and lots of photos.
Anchored just off the beach at a nice little town. Bars/restaurants/supermarket nearby. Lovely little bay a short dinghy ride away, too.
Turtles – loads of them, and close to the boat. Carnival in town. Awesome snorkelling.
Busy but massive anchorage. Good facilities ashore, as well as a few beaches. Spent some time with fellow boat-families.
We didn’t stay long here, but the Leader Price supermarket (with dinghy dock) was very useful. Enjoyed kayaking among the mangroves, too.
Rodney Bay, St. Lucia to Le Marin, Martinique. 19th February 2019. Good sail, but no fish.
